Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the DevCenter Data Plane API from version 2024-05-01-preview to 2025-04-01-preview. The changes include:
- Updated API versions throughout test files and deployment templates
- Added breaking change exceptions for incompatible changes between API versions
- Corrected test file references and added new test files for added functionality
- Updated autogeneration ID to reflect the new version
