Confirmed case data was unavailable for each Maryland county for most of December. Maryland Department of Health recently provided county-level confirmed case data for 12/5/21 - 12/27/21. This patches Confirmed case data for each day during that period, rather than reflecting the aggregate new case data as a spike on 12/28/21. Incident-Rate is also updated accordingly.
