Refactor - moving repo to be open source

A change was needed since the CLI which is an open source needed it as well.
After consulting our open source specialist "Lior Kaplan" he asked to move the gpt-wrapper to the github Checkmarx organization (was the CheckmarxDev) + the repo was renamed.
