feat: add Style Book to Neve's Customizer

Summary

This adds a Stylebook the the Customizer where you can see the entire style guide of your website in one place within the customizer. Clicking on each element should bring you to the customizer where you can edit those options.

Test instructions

• Visit Customizer, and find the Style Book button on the right of Close button.
• Make sure it looks well and functions properly.
