Ruby: enable blocking test with Forwarded header

Motivation

We are supporting Forwarded headers now in ruby: DataDog/dd-trace-rb#4969

Changes

This PR enabled AppSec blocking test for Forwarded header.

Workflow

   • Framework is modified, or non obvious usage of it -> get a review from R&P team
