Update pip install command for transformers version

Fixing the version for transformers package as the newer versions generate error while trying to generate text. Replaced it with one of the safest version options.

Thanks for the PR! I would suggest setting it to transformers==4.41.2 accelerate==0.31.0 as these versions are also used in Chapter 2 and helps keep everything the same. Moreover, that's the versions used in the requirements.txt.

Thank you for the suggestion, this combination of the versions you suggested are also working just fine, I have updated the versions
