Reenable running fetcher tests (and update Springer from v1 to v2)

This updates Springer from v1 to v2 (only URL changes).

Gradle did not run the fetcher tests any more. This is fixed here.

Steps to test

1. Get a valid Springer key
2. Test fetching from Springer
