Add drone racing dataset

Added link to a recently published dataset of autonomous and piloted high-speed flights.

• Reusability: We believe that our effort (to collect 15GB of images and logs for an open-design drone racing platform) could be a valuable contribution to the robotic community.
• Installability: The repository contains the scripts (Unix/Windows) to easily download the data, and python requirements for using the scripts.
• Documentation: The readme and companion paper provide instructions and details on data and script usage.
• Uniqueness: This dataset has some unique features like high data rate, image labels, and high flight speed (>20m/s).
• Performance: N/A
