Add a new script, plotRxnPathDiagram, which is modified from Cantera rxn path analyasis tool, and is used to plot rxn path diagram with nodes labeled with species images. Currently it's used for constant volume simulation. But could be modified to simulate constant pressure constant temperature reactor.
