This pull request includes updates to project dependencies, configuration files, and code adjustments to improve maintainability and functionality. The most important changes include dependency upgrades, project metadata updates, and configuration file additions for the .idea folder.

Dependency Updates:

• Updated multiple package dependencies in HTMLToQPDF.Example.csproj to newer versions, including DevExpressMvvm (22.1.3 → 24.1.6), Fody (6.6.4 → 6.9.2), HandyControls (3.4.2 → 3.6.0), PropertyChanged.Fody (4.0.4 → 4.1.0), and QuestPDF (2023.12.5 → 2025.7.0).
• Updated HtmlAgilityPack (1.11.59 → 1.12.2) and QuestPDF (2023.12.5 → 2025.7.0) dependencies in HTMLToQPDF.csproj.

Project Metadata Updates:

• Incremented the project version in HTMLToQPDF.csproj from 1.1.0 to 1.2.2.

Configuration File Additions:
