This PR introduces a standalone mode for executing EMV flows in a controlled environment. It’s especially useful in research scenarios where ARQC validation is deficient—for example, refund routines that request card reinsertion and only check for the presence of an ARQC, but not its cryptographic correctness (among other possible tests).
