feat(projects): add command to get project info and private network details

Depends on Scalingo/go-scalingo#440

This PR adds a command to get the information for a project.

• Add a changelog entry in the section "To Be Released" of CHANGELOG.md
• feat(private-networks): Add ProjectPrivateNetworkGet method go-scalingo#440 is merged
• a new version of go-scalingo is released (containing go-scalingo PR 440)
• go.mod updated to use new release of go-scalingo.
