  1. mysql-crond job 增加 Overlap 参数, 控制是否由 mysql-crond 控制任务单例. 默认 false
  2. mysql-crond 新增硬编码 job, 定期更新 nginx addr
  3. mysql-monitor 所有监控项移除 context time
  4. mysql-monitor 所有监控项设置 Overlap = true
  5. mysql-monitor 由自己的文件锁保证单例, 并新增 db-hang 告警事件
  6. 小幅修改两个反向接口
  7. 新增 reverse-api 公共 go 库
