Update revisions to ignore for 6.9

Review notes, visited each of the URLs for the commit messages and verified they were white space only by appending ?w=1 to the URL, for example db1b481?w=1

I only tested that these commits were safe to ignore in the history, I didn't check for any that have been missed.
