本次 PR 旨在统一 Picker 和 PickerView 组件对自定义 prefixCls 的处理。Picker 组件和相关测试的改动是正确的，但 PickerView 组件的实现似乎未完成。其中的 prefixCls 被硬编码，违背了本次改动的初衷。另外，loadingContent 的默认 className 也有误，并且同样是硬编码的。我已在代码中提出了具体的修改建议。
