chore: bump k8s libraries and go to current supported versions

This PR bumps K8s to the very latest version - v1.34.1. I do recommend creating a proper tag on the very latest https://github.com/argoproj/notifications-engine . I needed to point to the latest commit in order to make this work. @zachaller
