Clarifies required Docker/Compose versions and adds official install links to prevent 'docker compose' not found issues.
Adds a .env.example file that documents required environment variables such as CLIENT, HOST_DATA_DIR and L1 RPC endpoints. This template helps new operators quickly configure .env.mainnet or .env.sepolia by copying and adjusting the placeholders.
