usecase:
I have a main thread that calculates and caches the value. If I then start up multiple
places usually in at least 1placeit will recalculate the cache since it was not able to get a lock.This change seems to fix my use case.
Possible alternative: allow to set the
#:max-delayofcall-with-file-lock/timeout
