Update namespace aliases for 'web-services' and 'xml' components

Motivation and Context

Update the following namespaces to maintain consistency across EIP JSON and XML files:

• web-services -> ws
• xml -> int-xml

Details

• xsd-parser: update the xsd-sources yaml file.
• ui: deprecate old namespaces in imported flow JSONs
• flow-translator-webapp: update generated EIP schema dependency
