Whilst completing the course, there was a cell that through an error where a
dfwas being filtered using the.locmethod. The filter for the rows used thew_queen['E01006690']which returns a dictionary, it has been updated to usew_queen.neighbors['E01006690']. It may have been intentional since it definitely prompts students to remain focussed and digest all of the info, in which case feel free to delete this PR. Either way, it is a really amazing course, thank you so much for making this publicly available!
