Then do a manual update to the 2xx version of all tooling repos
Basically, I did darc get-build on the commit for 10.0.1 from dotnet/dotnet
darc update-dependencies for that ID
and then did a darc update-dependencies for all repositories in https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet/blob/release/10.0.2xx/src/source-manifest.json to swap back to the 2xx versions of those.
