This PR revises the topdown shooter tutorial such that it leverages the
npm init hathora-buildkitCLI command, as opposed to building the project boilerplate manually.I have double checked and am confident I've updated any and all references to out-of-date code / passages to the revised project structure, however if anyone notices anything I missed please let me know and I'll fix ASAP!
