Update GHA CI config to match the other JVM buildpack ones. Also removes shunit tests that are now covered by Hatchet tests introduced by #182. Since linting wasn't part of CI before, some linting errors have snuck into
main. These are being corrected by this PR as well.GUS-W-20518438
