  • Update training_args.py to use new PyTorch 2.9+ API with backward compatibility
  • Update conftest.py CI configuration for new TF32 API
  • Update modular_model_detector.py to use new API
  • Update documentation in English, Japanese, and Korean with version-aware examples
  • Supports both PyTorch < 2.9.0 (old API) and >= 2.9.0 (new API)
  • Fixes vllm#29349 - MoE models can now load on Turing architecture

New API: torch.backends.cuda.matmul.fp32_precision = 'tf32'
Old API: torch.backends.cuda.matmul.allow_tf32 = True (deprecated)
