When functions (created via
CREATE FUNCTION,CREATE FEATURE FUNCTIONandCREATE TRIGGER FUNCTION) cause error, error message is not displayed, so it is difficult to investigate the cause of the problem. This patch improves the error handling of functions.This patch depends on #4, #5 and #7. I'll rebase later.
