Hi. You did a good job! But I think, that in some places, like this:
var correlationId = Guid.NewGuid();
it's not needed to specify a concrete type:

Guid correlationId = Guid.NewGuid();

Referring to C# Coding Style, it's better to use var, when it's obvious what the variable type is.
