Let's make the main README file cleaner by breaking it down to different files. Removed container images history since user can check the version via releases in GitHub or ECR versions history.

Let's make the main README file cleaner by breaking it down to different files. Removed container images history since user can check the version via releases in GitHub or ECR versions history.
We need it so that user can more easily find what they need in README.
