Description:

Added new functionality to skip video processing given a profile name.
Added new functionality to set selected tracks to default.
Multiple fixes.

Benefits of this PR and context:

• New: Added new --skip-profile option to skip processing for specified quality profiles (Disable striptracks for special profile TheCaptain989/radarr-striptracks#108)
• New: Added new --set-default-audio and --set-default-subtitles options to select tracks set as default (Using striptracks only to change default track flags TheCaptain989/radarr-striptracks#111)
• Fixed: Locked database checks
• Fixed: Debug logging overlap during org language compatibility check
• Fixed: Improper return code checking when setting video info
• Fixed: Wrong exit code on missing command-line arguments
• Updated unit tests to reflect this new functionality.
• Improved logging and linting throughout the codebase.
• Increased Docker build stage Linux baseimage version to 3.22
• Updated README

How Has This Been Tested?

Automated code linting and unit testing.
Run in separate Docker development/test environment.
Functional changes deployed from development repo and running in personal environment.
