Objective
Add addImage method to the Map - Kotlin.
Description
Add addImage command.* Target: map.style.addImage();* Constraints: addImage adds an image to the style. Use getEncodedString method to properly prepare image. Similar Example in AddLayer.swift.* Task: Add addImage() command + MTMapView addImage wrapper.* Acceptance: toJS matches signature; sample call compiles; linter and tests MUST pass.* Unit test is written for both of these functions
