Description

Updates the note about the Secure attribute to clarify that the localhost
exception for unsecured HTTP is not supported by Safari.

Fixes #41366

Thanks, but I don't think so. This should be tried in browser compatibility data first.

If you don't know how to do that please ping - I'm away next week but could look at doing that the week after.
