Purpose
This pull request updates the minimum required version of the Azure Developer CLI (
azd) to 1.18.0 across documentation and configuration files to ensure compatibility and prevent deployment issues. It also adds clear notes and download links to help users install the correct version before proceeding.Requirements and documentation updates:
