Add v2 breaking changes

Adds a concise v2.0 breaking changes reference and links it in the docs navigation.

• Documentation:
  • New reference: docs/2-0-breaking-changes.md detailing v2.0 breaking changes.
    • Behavioural: Correct sub-workflow return data with Wait nodes; remove retired nodes (Spontit, crowd.dev, Kitemaker).
    • Public API: Note forthcoming change to PUT /workflows/{id}.
    • Security defaults: Block env access in Code nodes; enforce settings file 0600 perms; enable Task Runners by default; move task runner to n8nio/runners image; remove Pyodide Python Code node (native via runners only); disable ExecuteCommand and LocalFileTrigger by default; require auth on OAuth callbacks; set default N8N_RESTRICT_FILE_ACCESS_TO; disable Git bare repos by default.
    • Data: Drop MySQL/MariaDB; remove legacy SQLite driver (use pooled); remove in-memory binary data mode (filesystem default).
    • Configuration & env: Upgrade dotenv (breaking parsing changes); remove n8n --tunnel; remove QUEUE_WORKER_MAX_STALLED_COUNT.
    • CLI & workflow: Remove bulk activate command update:workflow --all --active=true.
  • Navigation: Add "v2.0 breaking changes" link in nav.yml under Releases.
