Experience

  • Queen's University Belfast XP Work Experience (16/06/2025 - 20/06/2025)

    I completed a week-long work experience event at Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland. This work experience involved teams working to develop a solution to one of the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals involving modern technology. My team succesfully completed our task and won an award for "Biggest Real World Impact", for a device that uses sensors to scan and collect pollution in the ocean. More detail can be found here.

  • Kainos (26/11/2024 - 28/11/2024)

    In the summer of 2024, I attended a two-day virtual work experience event with IT company Kainos. During this work experience, we learned about and attempted SQL injection, created a website in HTML, and developed teamwork and communication skills through group tasks.
