Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the SAML backend documentation to add information about certificate rotation handling and removes an empty line for cleaner formatting.

Recently my IdP announced it was to change it's certificate. I hadn't realised it was possible to specify two IdP signing certificates to prevent issues during the change over. I thought I would try to update the documentation to make this clear.
