RuntimeError: The NVIDIA driver on your system is too old (found version 12040).While trying to upgrade driver on aws.a100 runner in https://hud.pytorch.org/pytorch/pytorch/pull/165029, ubuntu20.04 has reached EOL on 5/31/2025, adding condition to support other ubuntu images.
