Builds will fail on Python 3.14 because I think Pyproj doesn't have a wheel yet.

Waiting on pyproj 3.7.2 to be released with Python 3.14 wheels so pyresample can also produce 3.14 wheels (without having to build pyproj from source). Currently pyproj 3.7.2 is dealing with a bug in PROJ and we're (pyproj maintainers) trying to decide how to release around the bad PROJ version.
