What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?

  • Admins need to manage Projects
  • Facilitators need a way to see their fellow facilitators
  • Facilitators need a way to access WorkshopLogs

How did you approach the change?

  • Added CRUD for organizations
  • Modeled Organization Show after Facilitator Show

Anything else to add?

  • Leaving Projects as the default Organization for now. Waiting until we get the live data moved over to make the switch from Project to Organization
