Summary

  • add watcher.proto + tonic server/queue plumbing
  • implement auth-protected TCP/Unix transports and change/state RPCs
  • update release workflow + docker to bundle sqlite-watcher binary and add installer docs links

Testing

  • cargo fmt
  • cargo test -p sqlite-watcher
