This PR works with sourmash-bio/sourmash#3839 to allow an easier use of picklists in scripts
I have updated the
sourmash_utilsfunctionload_index_and_selectto allow for a picklist object, a namespace of args, and a correctly formatted picklist string to be used to subselect signatures.I have included new tests and data files that test this updated function. These test passed with
pytest.
