kmtricks release v1.3.0

  • Add

    • kmtricks pipeline --repart-from: use the same partitioning scheme as another kmtricks run.
    • k-mer abundances indexing: cbf matrix construction.

  • Fix

    • kmtricks filter --out-types k: some k-mers absent in the matrix were not reported.
