bugfix. When cone is not oriented on an axe there was a bug. Example with wrong behavior (Look at the generated cone): cone3d(base=c(-1.470090e+01,-4.447857e+00,-4.855071e-17),tip=c(-13.935029,-4.242641,0.000000),rad=1,n=6)
