Summary

create gyroscope derived table
allow generating the gyroscope table in setup-derived-tables.ts
add routes for browsing gyroscope chips in HTML and JSON
regenerate Kysely DB types

Testing

bun run scripts/setup-derived-tables.ts --reset gyroscope
npx kysely-codegen --out-file ./lib/db/generated/kysely.ts --singular --dialect bun-sqlite --url ./db.sqlite3
