The NewSDKToken function only supports token generation for the Javascript SDK.
To generate an SDK Token for use with Onfido's Mobile Application components, an Application Bundle ID needs to be used in the SDK Token request.

This PR provides backwardly compatible support for this.
There are also a couple of cosmetic code changes.
