Description of changes

• fix LRBB-A Map to allow LRBB (Bandbox) to cover LROP/LRBS airports

Reason and motivation

• to help pilots to decide which CTR position is covering LROP/LRBS airports, while multiple CTR positions are connected
• changes in the GNG sectorisation
