Description of changes
Addition of the FQMA sector (Maputo), accomponying the Beira Sector (FQBE) which covers the main FIR.
Reason and motivation
Previously FQBE_S, sector is now added to match the name change to FQMA to match the IRL name for the sector (Maputo), whilst FQBE remains its Beira Control name.
