Nightly Vim Windows build snapshots (more information).

If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.4293: Vim9: when copying a list it gets type list<any>
• 8.2.4292: test fails
• 8.2.4291: error number used twice
• 8.2.4290: MS-Windows: using type casts for timer IDs
• 8.2.4289: warnings reported by MSVC
• 8.2.4288: preprocessor indents are inconsistent
• 8.2.4287: cannot assign empty list with type to variable with list type
