BREAKING CHANGE: This action now runs on node24 and uses @electron/github-app-auth v3
This isn't a true breaking change since it's really just bumping minimum Node.js version supported, but since we're bumping two major version numbers on dependencies, lets bump it here as well. This also aligns with GitHub's own actions which have been bumping majors for the node24 change.
