Changelog:
- Twice as fast as MV alloy furnace
- Requires 10,000 EU to operate, reduced by 1000 for each battery upgrade
- Looks sick in my opinion
- Do not question the evils happening in this monstrosity of a machine. Metals are being...mutilated.....
- Each metal received one - placing any 1 ingot into a compressor gives one plate of the respective metal or alloy
- Uranium plates only accept 0.0% or 0.7% fissile uranium ingots (the most common variants outside of 0.3%)
- The preexisting copper plate had its name changed to "Dense Copper Plate" and it's texture was changed
- Recipe for preexisting copper plate is now 5 normal copper plates
- Exist as a crafting ingredient to sheet metal, but also provides a path to more interesting future machine recipes
- Each metal and alloy received one.
- Crafted with 4 metal plates, they make 4 sheet metal blocks, making a 1 ingot to 1 block ratio
- Entirely for decoration / building
- Uranium sheet metal is not radioactive (INTENTIONAL)
- Due to the 0.0% fissile uranium recipe, we finally have a decent use for our nuclear waste
- Do not provide radiation resistance (yet?)
- All 15 sheet metal block variants can be cut by circular saw into shapes
- This includes chromium, despite chromium blocks not being shapable (INTENTIONAL)
- Why tha frick was this thing making stone sounds, when the recipe is 100% metal?
Note: Due to the changes of the original copper plate, if some poor soul has an automatic centrifuge making machine somewhere, it WILL change. Already existing copper plates will become "Dense Copper Plates", but to make the plates needed for the recipe, it will require an extra compressing stage, so that it's cost did not get adjusted at all.
If there is an issue with this, change all of the plate recipes to require 5 metal ingots instead, and change all outputs of sheet metal to 20 instead, so that they are still very viable to make.
Another alternative is to just make adjustments and remove the whole "technic:light_copper_plate" thing and replace the copper plate recipe for 5 of those to just 1 ingot, reducing the cost of the centrifuge in terms of copper plates - however, I feel that this would unbalance the cost...
